The Boulevard residence, is home to a young family, so a simple design and palette was imperative to establishing a cool, calming ambiance.
A modern aesthetic designed by Peter Fryer Design, has been embodied through clean lines, soaring space, and the influx of Northern light. From the entry foyer, the home extends far left to a large open-plan family, dining and kitchen area.
Large sliders and liberal glazing surround the informal living zone creating lines of sight directly out to the alfresco area, garden and pool beyond. These gathering spaces are where a curation of contemporary inspired materials, textures and colours creates a restrained and livable sense of luxury.
