A haven set on a confined lot, the strong and simple structural elements of the home provide a tranquil, almost park-like retreat. With this build the challenge was to maintain a minimalistic approach, and the result is an unconventional building that is stunning, refined and bold. It was critical to manage the scope of the project, to maintain the relationship with nature, serenity and quietude that the clients sought after.

This uniquely designed home is set in the picturesque Perry Lake’s Estate, with treescape views from every corner of the home. It has become a green sanctuary for a growing family in search of a new beginning.
